Every day at work we navigate competing interests, clashing personalities, and limited time and resources. We want
strong relationships with our colleagues, leaders, and clients and we strive to be direct and honest when
addressing disagreements, but that's not always easy, especially when we're all working remotely. So how can you
deal with difficult conversations in a professional and productive way? This session combines management
